This cozy beach cottage is the perfect spot to kick off your shoes, relax by the pool and enjoy your vacation! Located in the cute Lullwater neighborhood, it's just about a 5 min walk to the beach, and two miles to Pier Park.
This home has plenty of room for 8 people to enjoy, and the spacious backyard has an amazing in-ground pool for the whole family!

Guests will solely have access to the whole house and pool

This is a very clean home with a lot of privacy. Big fenced back yard with pool. You will be very comfortable and feel right at home!

☀️ Guests are generously provided a starter kit of amenities to get them through their first 24-48 hours until they've had time to get to the store to retrieve remaining necessities for their stay. That includes:

2 kitchen trash can liners
2 dishwasher pods
2 laundry detergent pods
1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 full roll of paper towels
1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap per bathroom

All other desired amenities are the responsibility of the guest.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood, close to the beach on the West end of PCB. Located right off Highway 79.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
