Come relax and unwind at this beautiful oasis that offers plenty of room for gathering inside & out. The oversized driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles {or boat / RV}. This beautiful 3 bedroom home is situated right by the marina, Captain Anderson's, St. Andrew's State Park and everything going on in PCB.
Guests have access to the entire home and huge fenced in back yard. If you would like to use the garage, please let us know ahead of time.

Beach wagons, beach toys, beach umbrellas, coolers and beach tents are also available to rent after a signed liability waiver and agreement to replace if broken, damaged or lost waiver is signed, should you need guaranteed equipment aside from what is already provided.
We also have coolers and beach chairs, cabanas and beach tent setup available for an additional fee to make your stay hassle-free.
This home sleeps up to 10 guests.
☀️ Guests are generously provided a starter kit of amenities to get them through their first 24-48 hours until they've had time to get to the store to retrieve remaining necessities for their stay. That includes:
2 kitchen trash can liners
2 dishwasher pods
2 laundry detergent pods
1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 full roll of paper towels
1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap per bathroom
All other desired amenities are the responsibility of the guest.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
