☀️ Guests are generously provided a starter kit of amenities to get them through their first 24-48 hours until they've had time to get to the store to retrieve remaining necessities for their stay. That includes:

2 dishwasher pods
2 laundry detergent pods
1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 full roll of paper towels
1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap per bathroom

All other desired amenities are the responsibility of the guest.

Your beach access is the same access as Splash and Alvin's Island is right next door. It is just 3.5 miles from Pier Park and 3 short miles miles to Frank Brown Park and Aaron Bessant Amphitheatre.

There are plenty of places within walking distance. Guests love to get around via golf carts, bicycles, cars, etc.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
