Welcome to Castawave, a sweet 2 bed/1 bath beach condo in Sand Castles West, on the quieter west end of PCB, minutes to Frank Brown Park, Pier Park and Aaron Bessant Amphitheatre. This complex offers two pools, shuffleboard, a sports court, grills for those evening barbeques, a club house, and much more. With golf, fishing, sporting facilities and fine dining close by, it's the perfect venue for ball teams, guests, church retreats & family outings! *ONE parking pass will be left. Up to one additional parking pass may be purchased separately by request at $20.*

This condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need to have a wonderful stay at the beach. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The community pool is a shared pool. Guests must have parking pass hanging from rear view mirror at all times.

Cozy 2 bedroom, recently renovated condo with fully equipped with full size appliances, washer + dryer and everything you could need to make your stay at the beach enjoyable and memorable.

☀️ Guests are generously provided a starter kit of amenities to get them through their first 24-48 hours until they've had time to get to the store to retrieve remaining necessities for their stay. That includes:

2 kitchen trash can liners
2 dishwasher pods
2 laundry detergent pods
1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 full roll of paper towels
1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap per bathroom

All other desired amenities are the responsibility of the guest.

This unit is just 1.9 miles to Frank Brown Park, 1.6 miles to Aaron Bessant Amphitheatre and 2 miles to Pier Park! You can't beat the beach being right across the street. Walk out the front door to beach views.

Guests that stay here like to get around by car, bicycle, golf cart or walking {this unit is close to several restaurants in the area}

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
