From dining al fresco on the adorable patio, to sleeping in the luxurious king size bed, this cottage will provide you with relaxing privacy after a day at the beach. Located in Horizon South, a beautiful resort area with pools {1 that is seasonally heated}, mini golf, tennis and more. This cottage provides a beach cart, umbrella, chairs and more for your days spent at the beach!

This condo is nestled in the north side of the resort, closest to the hwy 98 entrance and exit.

☀️ Guests are generously provided a starter kit of amenities to get them through their first 24-48 hours until they've had time to get to the store to retrieve remaining necessities for their stay. That includes:

2 kitchen trash can liners
2 dishwasher pods
2 laundry detergent pods
1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 full roll of paper towels
1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap per bathroom

All other desired amenities are the responsibility of the guest.

Horizon South is a gated community with four pools, hot tub, tennis courts, horse shoes, mini golf and a club house.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
