This centrally located home is ideal for your family's vacation. Beach access is less than a ten a minute walk away as well as local restaurants and shops. The kitchen is equipped with all your needs. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs with an additional bunk room. There is plenty of space to sit and relax on the wraparound balcony and patio or you can wind down after a long day in the hot tub.

☀️ Guests are generously provided a starter kit of amenities to get them through their first 24-48 hours until they've had time to get to the store to retrieve remaining necessities for their stay. That includes:

2 kitchen trash can liners
2 dishwasher pods
2 laundry detergent pods
1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 full roll of paper towels
1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap per bathroom

All other desired amenities are the responsibility of the guest.

Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Enjoy favorite local restaurant's such as Finns, Lizas Kitchen and Schooners. Close to St Andrews State Park.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
