It may not be a house with a pool, but we have plenty to keep the kiddo's occupied and you can park your boat or motorcycle trailer in our extended driveway! Our darling cottage has been completely rebuilt and features brand new furniture and appliances throughout. It's nestled smack in the heart of every attraction a visitor seeks on the infamous Thomas Dr., like the Sea Screamer and St. Andrew's State Park. Enjoy your morning coffee on the gazebo in the backyard. Bay access is 2 blocks away!

Darling, family friendly home with beach wagon, beach toys, beach umbrellas, coolers and beach tents available to rent after a signed liability waiver and agreement to replace if broken, damaged or lost waiver is signed. We also have coolers and beach chairs, cabanas and beach tent setup available for an additional fee to make your stay hassle-free.

This home is best suited for 4 adults +2 children, 2 adults + 4 children or any combination of guests does not include all guests adults as the last sleeping area is a pullout couch.

☀️ Guests are generously provided a starter kit of amenities to get them through their first 24-48 hours until they've had time to get to the store to retrieve remaining necessities for their stay. That includes:

2 kitchen trash can liners
2 dishwasher pods
2 laundry detergent pods
1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 full roll of paper towels
1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap per bathroom

All other desired amenities are the responsibility of the guest.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
