Tucked back in a small quiet complex just off North Lagoon, you're close to the marina, state park, lots of local restaurants, and of course, the beach! The community pool is just steps from the door and reserved parking is literally next to the steps this second floor unit.

This is a beautiful condo that is located approximately 5 minutes from the beach by car.

☀️ Guests are generously provided a starter kit of amenities to get them through their first 24-48 hours until they've had time to get to the store to retrieve remaining necessities for their stay. That includes:

2 kitchen trash can liners
2 dishwasher pods
2 laundry detergent pods
1 full roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 full roll of paper towels
1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap per bathroom

All other desired amenities are the responsibility of the guest.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
